Yoga - Levels 1 & 2
Ages 16+

Beginning and continuing students welcome. Focus on basic postures, sequencing, alignment and breathing while building flexibility, strength and stamina. Modifications for the various postures are suggested and gentle hands-on adjustments are used. Bring a sticky mat.
