Hips & Hamstrings Two Hour Focus Classes
Ages 16+

Increase flexibility in hips and hamstrings. Tight hamstrings and hips can affect our posture as well as cause back pain. Learn poses to open these areas. Explore various poses designed to help release muscular tension and holding through the hips while creating space and greater range of motion. Some familiarity with yoga is recommended.
