Yoga - Level 2 (1 Year Experience Needed)
Ages 16+

Continuing yoga for students with a minimum one year experience. Increase your sense of well being. Explore the joy of movement and fine tune poses. Breathing techniques and yoga philosophy are introduced. Iyengar-influenced. Bring a sticky mat.
